Q. How Do I Register?
It’s very simple, please visit our website www.bajartime.com and click on the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner of the Homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. Then just check the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.
Q. Do I have to register to shop on www.bajartime.com?
It is not mandatory to register; you can order any product without registration. But for first time registration you shall get free reward point. With this reward point you can do free shopping.
Q. Can I add more than one delivery address to one account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your bajartime.com account. Keep in mind that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to a different address you need to place them as separate orders.
Q. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on bajartime.com using the following modes of payment:
A. By Cash on delivery
B. Debit/Credit card
C. Nagad, bKash and Rocket
Q. When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select a delivery. The order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If our team is unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations).

Q. How much do deliveries charge?
For order up to Tk.500, Delivery Charge is Tk.40
For order Tk.501 or above, Delivery Charge is FREE!!
Q. What are your delivery hours?
We always try to deliver your order on same day once you confirm your order. Delivery service open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. everyday. By the way you can also choose your preferred delivery time.

Q. What is your policy on refunds?
BAJARTIME.COM always here to providing best services to the customers. For any unforeseen situation, if we are not able to accomplish product(s) delivery or to provide our services, we will be informing you within 12 hours over phone or SMS. For any of our lacking, if there needed any refund, we will do it within next 7 days after as following. Calls for refunding will be processed under the following circumstances;
Unable to deliver any products or if any product(s) returned by customer against paid invoice. Please contact us at +8801312690497 if you want to return an item.
Q. Do you refund full amount if order cancelled?
While a customer cancel any paid order and ask for refund, or BAJARTIME.COM cancel any paid order, in terms of Debit/Credit card payment of any bank or bKash/Rocket, we (BAJARTIME.COM) will refund the full amount from our (BAJARTIME.COM) end. In case of Credit/Debit card payment, the customer will get back the same amount from his/her card issuer bank. But in case of payment from bKash/ Rocket, even if BAJARTIME.COM refunds FULL AMOUNT that a customer paid, they (bKash/Rocket) will deduct the transaction charge (according to their company policy) before refunding it to customer.
Q. What about quality?
We are committed to ensure the quality on all supplied items. BAJARTIME.COM is not selling any self manufacturing products, despite the fact that we are looking into the quality. We never challenge for quality guaranty for any products at our own responsibility. We have trust to the manufacturer/traders/ vendor that they always assure the quality on their entire manufacturing/ supplied product.
Q. What is your discount policy?
On some special occasions, we offer special discount which has effect on the MRP or 'naturally priced' product. Sometime we may also offer bundle discount as an special offer which you can see on the site.
